Other Events.

 

        On January 31, 2018, FNCB Bancorp, Inc. (“FNCB”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of FNCB declared a dividend of $0.04 per share for the first quarter of 2018. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2018 to common shareholders of record as of March 1, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
