First Indiana Announces Dividend

INDIANAPOLIS, July 18  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of First Indiana Corporation declared on July 18, 2007, a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock.  The dividend will be paid September 17, 2007, to shareholders of record as of September 6, 2007.  This is the 83rd consecutive quarter First Indiana has paid a cash dividend.
