wholly owned subsidiaries, Total Site Solutions and Rubicon Professional
Services, are now doing business as Fortress International Group.

The subsidiaries' name change reinforces Fortress International's position as the most recognized and respected brand in the critical facility infrastructure solutions industry. In conjunction with the subsidiaries' rebranding, Fortress today announced several new service offerings: Fortress Capital Solutions, Fortress Real Estate Solutions and Fortress Strategic Energy Management Solutions? (SEMS). The new service offerings are integral components of Fortress International's strategy to provide the critical facilities market's most complete spectrum of solutions.
