Other Events

On October 12, 2022, Femasys Inc. issued a press release announcing the appointment of Christine E. Thomas as its Senior Vice President of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs, effective October 10, 2022.  A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
