Item 7.01.     Regulation FD Disclosure.

First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release today announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on October 25, 2019. The dividend is payable on November 14, 2019 to shareholders of record on November 4, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
