Item 7.01.      Regulation FD Disclosure.

First Business Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release today announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on July 26, 2019. The dividend is payable on August 15, 2019 to shareholder of record on August 5, 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
