Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express Adds Two New Locations This Month

parent company of Fatburger, Buffalo’s Express, and seven other restaurant concepts, announces the opening of two new co-branded Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express locations in Ehrenberg, AZ and Ladera Heights, CA this month.

“We have strong growth plans for Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express this year and the opening of Ladera Heights and Ehrenberg is just the start of it,” said Andy Wiederhorn, CEO of FAT Brands. “In terms of where we decide to expand to, we look to enter areas in which we have a strong following as well as new markets that we see potential with. Ladera Heights is a great addition to our Los Angeles area locations and Ehrenberg allows us to reach a growing fanbase in the state of Arizona.”

Ever since the first Fatburger opened in Los Angeles over 70 years ago, the chain has been known for its delicious, grilled-to-perfection and cooked to order burgers. Founder Lovie Yancey believed that a big burger with everything on it is a meal in itself; at Fatburger “everything” is not just the usual roster of toppings. Burgers can be customized with everything from bacon and eggs, to chili, jalapenos and onion rings. In addition to its famous burgers, the Fatburger menu also includes Fat and Skinny fries, sweet potato fries, scratch-made onion rings, IMPOSSIBLE™ burgers, turkeyburgers, chicken sandwiches, and hand scooped milkshakes made from 100% real ice cream.

From the Buffalo’s Express menu, patrons can choose bone-in or boneless wings accompanied by a range of sauces including Scorchin’, Carolina Fire BBQ, Asian Sesame, Coconut Jerk, Honey Garlic, and Sweet Bourbon BBQ. All of Buffalo’s Express’ wings are accompanied by celery, carrots, and blue cheese, ranch or honey mustard dressing.

The Ehrenberg, AZ Fatburger and Buffalo's Express is located at 14283 1-10 Frontage Road, Ehrenberg, AZ 85334 and will be open 10:00am – 10:00pm.

The Ladera Heights, CA Fatburger and Buffalo's Express is located at 6715 La Tijera Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045 and will be open 11:00am – 12:00am.
