(b)     On August 16, 2019, Farmer Bros. Co., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") announced that Scott A. Siers has voluntarily resigned from his position as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Company effective as of August 30, 2019, to pursue other opportunities.
