television shopping network, today announced it will discuss third quarter
2008 results and provide an update on the strategic alternatives review
process in a conference call on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, at 11:00 a.m.
ET.

The Company will release its third quarter 2008 financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, November 18, 2008.
