STROUDSBURG, PA--(Marketwired - Jun 4, 2014) - ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESSA) announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2014, payable on June 30, 2014. This will be the twenty-fifth consecutive quarter ESSA Bancorp, Inc. has paid a dividend to its shareholders. 

ESSA Bancorp, Inc. became a public company in April 2007.
