Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 15, 2025, Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced in its management presentation at the 43nd Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference the following financial guidance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, which guidance is based on management’s current expectations for the business: (i) research & development expenses are expected to be in the range of $55 million to $65 million; (ii) selling, general and administrative expenses are expected to be in the range of $160 to $170 million; and (iii) operating expenses are expected to be in the range of $215 million to $235 million. Selected slides from the Company’s presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
