On May 7, 2020, Enlivex Therapeutics Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”), issued a press release to announce the commencement of an investigator-initiated multi-center Phase II clinical trial of Allocetra^TM (formerly referred to as off-the-shelf Allocetra^TM) in COVID-19 patients.
