Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 29, 2025, David Dornan, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer of Elevation Oncology, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he is resigning to pursue another opportunity, effective February 17, 2025. Dr. Dornan’s resignation is not based on any disagreement with the Company on any matter. The Company expects that Dr. Dornan will continue to assist the Company as a consultant in order to support the transition of his responsibilities.
