Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: EGBN), the parent company for EagleBank, today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2020, in the amount of $0.22 per share. The cash dividend was approved for payment on October 31, 2020 and will be paid on the first business day following. The shareholder record date is October 15, 2020.
