(2)	The Shares are owned directly by The Paul F. Shoen Revocable Trust. The reporting person is the trustee, grantor and beneficiary of the Revocable Trust.
(3)	Each RSU is the economic equivalent of one share of Eastside Distilling, Inc. common stock. The closing price of EAST on April 6, 2020 was $1.10.
(4)	All 15,909 RSUs vested immediately upon grant.
