Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

 

On November 10, 2022, Dynatronics Corporation ("Company") issued a press release reporting, among other things, financial results relating to the quarter ended September 30, 2022. Also, as previously announced by a press release issued on November 1, 2022, on November 10, 2022, the Company held a conference call in which executives of the Company reviewed the fiscal 2023 first quarter results.
