On September 23, 2021, Dynatronics Corporation ("Dynatronics" or "Company") issued a press release reporting, among other things, financial results relating to the quarter and full year ended June 30, 2021. Also, as previously announced by a press release issued on September 9, 2021, on September 23, 2021, the Company held a conference call in which executives of the Company reviewed the fiscal 2021 fourth quarter and full year results.
