DURA Automotive Announces Dividend on Trust Preferred Securities

DURA Automotive Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:DRRA), announced
today that a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share will be paid on the
7 1/2% convertible trust preferred securities issued by the DURA
Automotive Capital Trust. The dividend will be payable on June 30,
2005, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2005. The dividend will be
paid on 2,210,000 shares outstanding. The convertible trust preferred
securities are traded on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol
DRRAP.
