Krispy Kreme Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Krispy Kreme, Inc. (NASDAQ:DNUT) (“Krispy Kreme” or the “Company”), today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.035 per share of common stock, in accordance with the Company’s dividend policy. The dividend was declared today, February 8, 2024, and will be paid on May 8, 2024 to shareholders of record on April 24, 2024.
