of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On May 9, 2016, Dollar Tree, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K under Item 5.02 reporting that the Board of Directors had appointed Mr. Gregory M. Bridgeford to the Board of Directors. At the time of that filing, Mr. Bridgeford had not been appointed to any committees of the Board of Directors. The Company is filing this Form 8-K/A to report that on June 16, 2016, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Bridgeford to serve on the Compensation Committee, effective immediately.
