DLH Awarded Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Contract

SAMHSA is an operating division within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and is charged with reducing the impact of substance use disorders and mental illness on America’s communities.
