The option immediately vested with respect to four-twelfths (4/12ths) of the option shares and the remaining option shares will vest and become exercisable at the rate of one-twelfth (1/12th) per month on the first day of each month for the next eight months, starting on September 1, 2021, for so long as the reporting person remains a director of Delcath Systems, Inc.
