On December 12, 2022 Daktronics Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended October 29, 2022 of fiscal 2023. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
