On May 29, 2019 Daktronics, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for fiscal 2019 fourth quarter and year ended April 27, 2019 .  A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
