      On August 8, 2007, the Board of Directors of City Bank (NASDAQ:CTBK) declared 
      a $.15 per share cash dividend, payable to shareholders of record as of 
      September 7, 2007, and payable on September 21, 2007. This cash dividend 
      is the 94th paid, including regular and special 
      dividends, in the Bank’s 33-year history and 
      the Bank’s 76th 
      consecutive quarterly dividend.
