Currency: USD

Interest Rate: 7.00%

Issuance and Settlement Date: November 15, 2024

Maturity Date: November 15, 2028

Issuance Price: 100.00% Face Value

Interest payments: Semiannually starting on May 15, 2025

Principal amortization: Bullet at maturity
