On November 13, 2017, Trovagene, Inc.  (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the activation of its clinical trial site for its Phase 1b/2 multicenter trial of PCM-075 in patients with AML, with Virginia Cancer Specialists and Principal Investigator, Dr. Alexander Spira.).  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
