Amendments to Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

Effective December 16, 2020, the Bylaws of ChoiceOne were amended to reduce the mandatory retirement age for directors from age 72 to age 70. The Bylaws of ChoiceOne, as amended, are filed as Exhibit 3.1 hereto and are incorporated herein by reference.
