Item 5.02(b) Resignation of Director

 

On April 24, 2019, one of our directors, Brent Satterfield resigned. Mr. Satterfield had served as a member of our Board since the formation of the Company in 2013 and remains associated with the Company as our Chief Science Officer. This resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
