Explanation of Responses:
(1)	$18.03 is the weighted average price for a range of purchases between $17.90 and $18.63. The reporting person undertakes to provide upon request by the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price. The original Form 4, filed on June 5, 2020, was filed as a result of the printer's error and without authorization. As a result of this administrative error, the weighted average price was misreported.
(2)	$18.24 is the volume-weighted average price for a range of purchases between $18.17 and $18.34. The reporting person undertakes to provide upon request by the Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price. The original Form 4, filed on June 5, 2020, was filed as a result of the printer's error and without authorization. As a result of this administrative error, the weighted average price was misreported.
