On September 19, 2019, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s board of directors authorized the issuance of bonus shares (the “Bonus Shares”), which are issuable on October 8, 2019 to shareholders of record as of September 23, 2019 (the “Record Date”). Shareholders of record on the Record Date will receive one (1) ordinary share for every two (2) ordinary shares held. All issuances resulting in a fractional share will be rounded down to the next whole share.  As of September 19, 2019, the Company had 2,061,909 ordinary shares outstanding.
