Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective on February 16, 2018, Joseph Colannino, the Company’s Sr. Vice President of Engineering, resigned from his position to pursue other interests.
