The following are the voting results on each matter submitted to the shareholders at the ClearSign Combustion Corporation (the “Company”) Annual Shareholder Meeting held on May 4, 2017. The proposals below are described in detail in the Company’s Proxy Statement which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 17, 2017. At the Annual Meeting, the following proposals were approved.
