On May 1, 2019, Checkpoint Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing interim clinical results from its ongoing multicenter Phase 1 clinical trial of anti-PD-L1 antibody cosibelimab (formerly referred to as CK-301). A copy of such press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
