RESTON, Va., Aug. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Comstock Homes of Washington, LC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq:CHCI) has begun development of TOTTEN MEWS, a new neighborhood of luxury townhomes in the Michigan Park area of Washington, DC. The homebuilding company will build 40 homes and will begin pre-sales this fall.

Comstock closed on the property in late August, having received full entitlement from the District government earlier this year.
