Compugen Ltd. (NASDAQ:CGEN) announced today the postponement of both the issuance of its Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results Report and conference call with investors to Monday, November 5, 2012 at 10 a.m. ET. The issuance of the report and the call were previously planned for Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 10 a.m. ET, and have been rescheduled due to the expected severe weather conditions associated with Hurricane Sandy.

The purpose of the call is to review third quarter 2012 results. The quarterly results will be released on the Company’s website (www.cgen.com), prior to the conference call.
