WASHINGTON, April 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Antimicrobials Working Group (AWG), a coalition of companies with the mission to combat drug-resistant infections and spur life-saving innovations, today announced that twelve of its member companies will present data from their clinical and research programs at the 29^th annual meeting of the European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ECCMID 2019) to be held April 13 - 16 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.  

ECCMID is an annual scientific meeting that brings together the leading experts in the fields of clinical microbiology, infectious disease and infection control from across the globe to present and discuss the latest developments in the laboratory and in the clinic to advance research in a wide array of infectious diseases.
