Close Finsbury EuroTech Trust PLC is the owner of 1,122,000 ordinary shares of
2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 3.88 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital and that Finsbury Technology Trust PLC
is the owner of 2,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.60 per cent of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
