NEW YORK, Nov. 3  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Custom Branded Networks, Inc.
(OTC:CBNK) (BULLETIN BOARD: CBNK)  is pleased to announce that it will be
changing its name to Novastar Resources Ltd.  The new name will better reflect
the direction upon which the company has now embarked.

The company recently announced on October 27, 2004, that it was in negotiations
to acquire a major proven resource.  The Board of Directors is pleased to
report that these negotiations are proceeding forward.  The project is a high
grade Uranium deposit.  Management has engaged consultants to assist with the
due diligence process and with the completion of the acquisition.  We expect
the due diligence and negotiations to be finalized within 30 days.

The company is committed to acquiring a substantial interest in the energy and
resource sector.
