Item 8.01. Other Events.

On August 21, 2019, CB Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend of $0.24 per share will be paid on or about September 16, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 6, 2019.

A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
