(Nasdaq: CARV), the holding company for Carver Federal Savings Bank ("Carver"), announced today that in recognition of Black History Month, its executives will ring The Nasdaq Stock Market Closing Bell in Times Square on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 4:00 pm ET.
