On May 23, 2018, Cara Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its entry into a license agreement with Vifor Fresenius Medical Care Renal Pharma Ltd, and the Company’s related conference call to be held at 8:30 a.m. EDT on May 23, 2018.
