Camtek Announces Public Offering of its Ordinary Shares

Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT and TASE: CAMT), today announced that it is offering to sell its ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. Needham & Company, LLC is acting as sole book-running manager of the offering.

Camtek intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
