Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

On July 12, 2024, Biotricity Inc. held a special meeting of stockholders. At the special meeting, stockholders approved a proposal for the issuance of securities in one or more non-public offerings. The vote on the proposal was as follows: 11,152,302 for (98.2% of votes cast), 195,450 against (1.7% of votes cast), and 10,626 abstain (0.1% of votes cast).
