On August 10, 2021, Bentley Systems, Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of 2021 and updated guidance for the 2021 fiscal year. A copy of the release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
