Brilliant Acquisition Corporation Announces Timely Deposit of Additional Funds By Its Sponsor

Brilliant Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) announced today that its Sponsor, Nisun Investment Holding Limited has timely deposited $460,000 in the Company’s trust account, pursuant to the terms of the Company’s amended and restated memorandum and articles of association, and the trust agreement entered into between the Company and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, for the Company to extend its period of time to consummate its initial business combination by 3 months from June 25, 2021 until September 25, 2021.
