The Company hereby notifies that Mr. Menachem Shmool has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors effective January 6, 2019 due to health issues. The Company would like to thank Mr. Shmool for his service and wishes him good health. The Company has started seeking for a replacement director to fill the vacancy.
