Dynamic Materials Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

  Dynamic Materials Corporation (DMC) (NASDAQ: BOOM), today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2013, to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2013.
