BOULDER, CO (NASDAQ: BOOM), the world's leading provider of explosion-welded clad metal plates, today announced that its board of directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend is payable on July 11, 2008, to shareholders of record as of June 27, 2008.
