Item 5.02                      Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

As previously disclosed, effective February 15, 2011, Robert A. Cohen became a director of Dynamic Materials Corporation (the “Company”).  On May 26, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Mr. Cohen to serve as a member of both the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
